Description:

The baby diaper machine for the manufacture of contoured diapers, with elastication, the MD Series of machines provides the full range of product sizes and types of packing,** what todays markets impose upon the manufacture. The machine is very versatile and produce high-quality products from commercial raw material with a minimum of waste, down time and maintenance.

Included parts:

1 – PULP FIBERIZATION,

Steel Frame for 6 rolls,

Sensor and Alarm light for end rolls,

Kamas Hammer mitt HC 60 with 110 kw AC motor.

2 – FORMING UNIT,

2 piece 2D Drum forming system in the same chamber.

First drum for continuous pad, second drum for intermitted pad.

Balancing brushes for each drum. ( 2 piece )

3 – DUST CIRCUIT,

All line forming and dust collected in cyclones, small particles collected in Dust Bags.

Bigger Fluff particles circuit comimg back after the hammer mill and feed back to product.

4 – SYSTEM FANS,

Fluff Transport: 18,5 kw,

Forming vacuum fan No. 1: 22,0 kw,

Forming vacuum fan No. 2: 15,0 kw,

Core remove fan,

Line cleaning fan: 18,0 kw,

Dust circuit fan No. 1: 11,0 kw,

Dust circuit fan No. 2: 11,0 kw,

Frontal fan,

Waistband vacuum,

Middle layer vacuum,

Tape vacuum,

5 – SAP FEEDER,

Frequency controlled volymetric screw, feed follows line speed,

Steel hopper for 1.000 kg big bags,

SAP feeding from hopper to unit with vacum by fan,

Pneumatic SAP feeding pipes (Stainless steel),

Adjustable SAP feeding head in Drum chamber.

6 – CORE HANDLING,

Pneumatic, adjustable, pad pre-compression unit (by upper and lower belt),

Tissue glued by spiral spray-gun, tissue taken up to pad upper belt for tissue contact to fluff pad,

Pad cutting unit, rotary cutter, straight knife.

7 – TISSUE ROLLSTAND

2 tissue rolls holder, un-winded by friction breaks (diemeter 0,9 m),

Manual flying change,

8 – POLY AND FRONTAL (position 90 degree outside the Line),

Mechanically driven roll un-winder, 2 roll stand un-winded by belts,

Frontal cut and place unit (frontal roll diameter 1,2 m ) 90 degree turning device, turn poly inline,

2 adjustment to drive frontel outside or inside the diaper.

Poly gluing by slot coating head,

9 – LEG ELASTIK,

Leg elastic (3+3),

AC-controlled un-winder for 8 rolls,

2 glue coating guns for intermitted lycra glue,

10 – NONWOVEN,

Automatic flying change roll-stand in Line,

Slot coating heat with stripes,

11 – WAISTBAND APPLICATOR,

2 piece roll holder (roll can be manually changed on the Fixing rolls ti fix non-woven just before line married point,

Adjustable can place the band on the front or back.

12 – ACQUISITION LAYER,

Servo driven roll stand for 2 roll. Automatic flying change unit (CTC),

Cut and Place unit – Width: 80. Placed on non-woven glue,

13 – MARRIAGE POINT,

Poly incoming under production line vertical level. Pad taken up to poly.

Nonwoven fixed up to poly and pad (leg cuff, waistband and middle layer),

Rubber coated pneumatic pre-compression unit,

14 – FIXING TAPE,

Tape roll-stands,

Mechanically driven tape feeder. Chilled hard metel knives with a vacuum.

Free rotation upper fixing rolls,

Tape folding plates. Rotating fixing rolls for second laminate.

Tape detector sensors with waste function,

15 – LONGITUDIAL FOLDING UNIT,

Width adjustable folding plates and bar.

16 – FINAL CUTTING UNIT,

Belt pulling and compressing unit before final cut.

Rotary die cutter,

17 – CROSS FOLDING UNIT,

Chain guilded spikes folds diaper in cross-direction.

Product outlet between belts vertical direction, folds coming first,

18 – TRANSMISSION,

Main motor DC controlled,

2 piece main shaft (line speed – cutters),

line equipped by Tandler gear boxes,

5 size`s belt gear for forming unit,

1 piece adjustable variarot (A3) for pad speed control (manual length control),

Several adjustable variators for line speed control (manual length control),

19 – GLUE EQUIPMENT,

Hot melt Tank (5 units),

Glue timer, all intermitted glues controlled by basfer 8 channel unit (1 piece),
