DCM LAMINASTAR Laminator Solvent and Solventless, Width: 1000mm, Year : 1996, Coating width : 1050mm, Max speed : 300m/min, Max unwinding diameter : 800mm, Max rewinding diameter : 1000mm, 2 unwinders shafts 76mm and 152mm, with Corona Coating and laminating head, Rewinder with shaft 152mm, No glue pump delivered with the machine, Perfect machine for the production of the food industry laminating, supports based on PE, PP, OPP, PET, Al, Paper, DCM second generation machine, The machine is for sale without a pump and many customers are running at the beguinning without any pump. For the demonstration, for exemple, there won't be any pump because the quantities used are very small, it is only laminated 1,5 gr /m2 : 2 or 3kg of glue added every 10mn prepared in a scale, the mixture can be different from suppliers but it can be 40 of hardening and 100 of glue with a using temperature of 45 °C. Anyway, if you want a pump, the best one is a VEA MATRIX M5 ( 2 component gluers equipped with 2 motors, mixture realised by speed variation on each pump, with 2 hotted barrels, also equipped with 2 pneumatic pumps for the transfer of the 2 components gluers from the barrels of 200 liters). A customer is selling this pump for 38.000 €
