MACHINE BASIC STRUCTURE

The main frame of the machine is mounted on C structure and consisted of 3 section.

INFEED AND SLITTING SECTION

It consists of 3 in feed steel and rubber nip rolls and stabilizing steel and rubber rolls and 5 sets of slitting knives assembly. Air blower and piping are provided to blow out side trimming paper.

SHEETING SECTION

This section are conventional knives system which is the top knife is rotary and bottom dead knife.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTING SECTION

The sheeted paper are counted and conveyed by belt to collecting unit and stabilized by jogger.
