MACHINE STRUCTURE: This machine consists of 6 major sections:

Air shafted reel stand
Sheeting/slitting unit
Inspection section
Wrapmatic wrapper
Auto Delivery
Air Compressor and air dryer

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: The machine has 4 units of reel stands which are air, shafted and can accommodate a maximum roll diameter of 1150mm and a maximum, roll width of 1270mm each and come complete with 8 air shafts and 8 pieces 76mm, cast iron roller bearing chucks. The cutting section is equipped with 8 slitter knives and 2 sets 1320mm sheeter knives, from Germany. It can cut 6 packs of A4, 5 packs of B4, 6 packs of F4 and 5 packss of A3. Maximum knife load id 500gsm. Come with 4 sets of spare cross section knives.

The overlapping sheet delivery section has recently been overhauled. All bearings and conveyor belts have been changed to the Swiss brand “Habasit” for high speed operation up to the Auto Wrapping section.

WRAPMATIC AUTO WRAPPING PAPER PACK 10-DX

This wrapping machine is build by Wrapmatic, Italy, with a speed of 12 reams per minutes with 4 unit auto hot melt glue system by Nordson.

The unit has also been overhauled in 2005 and performing perfectly and it could also wrap all sizes of cut size paper, it use a rolls type of wrapping paper for the wrapping section with Auto Eye Optic Marker.
