UNWIND STAND

automatic transfer to WRAPPING MACHINE, – conveyor belt with two independent conveyor lines, – two grippers unit for discharging into conveyor belt, – two elevator unit for charging conveyor of wrapping machine.

Electrical equipment: 230/400 V, 3-phases, 50 Hz, Serwo drive motor, PLC – control unit Siemens S5, acoustic alarm signal at machine start

Lubrication automatic central lubrication, – Pneumatic ¾” compressed air connector, 6–8 bar compressed air supply.

Product Infeed Chain
Has a product guiding and collapsible carrier assuring a high safety level during manual operation.
