Technical Information

The machine is in excellent condition and is presently laid out for production of unsupported film / flexible packaging, but can easily be converted for production of self-adhesive labels, carton board etc. max. web width: 516 mm, max. printing width 510 mm, unwind unit with pneumatic reel lift and 3 pneumatic spindle, reel diam. max: 1000 mm, , electronic web guide with built in splice table, Infeed unit with electronic tension control and transducer roll, 9 x UV-Flexo printing units (8 + varnish), 9 x Quick-change Printing platforms with UV-RAY UV-lamps (only 1 ½ years old), 120 W/cm, 9 Water cooled chill rolls for mono-film application or sunthetic psa materials, Chilling unit, 18 kW (1 ½ years old), Diecut-/exit pacing station with outfeed tension control, Waste matrix rewind unit with 3 spindle, Laminator unwind unit for 1 m. diam. reels, load cell controlled, Single spindle rewind unit with 3 rewind shaft for finished products, Web video inspection unit; Corona treater, web cleaner, plate mounter, YEAR: 1997, in 2008 overhauled, partly refurbished in 2006 with completely new UV-RAY UV-system and water cooled chill rollers, incl. one 18 kW chiller unit. Totally cleaned and semi-refurbished again in August-Sept. 2008.
