Two-chamber incinerator RNTV 18 with equalizing collection tank

• Year of production 2003, in operation since 17.6.2003 – non-stop until today

• Offered range: Incinerator with electro-container and exhausting piping DN 710 cca 25 m. On 2018 the content of ceramic inlets was replaced for CERAM 150×150×300 –2,9/70 40cel in total 1680 pcs and CERAM 150×150×150 –2,9/70 40cel in total 420 pcs.
• The incinerator is very energy effective equipment for burning of organic solvents emissions. The emissions incinerator is dedicated to unattended and non-stop operation.
• Maximum air volume on unit input is 23300 Nm3/hour
• Nominal amount 18 000 Nm3/hour.
• The resultant equivalent noise level in distance of 1m from the equipment does not exceed 85 dB(A). The control is executed with programmable automatic system Siemens Simatic S7–300 (PLC) with operator board TP170A (OP).
