Flexo printing machine KROENERT/Germany.

Working width: 830 mm, Machine was in possession of biggest AL complex in Europe and was printing yoghurt lids.

Machine is imported 9 years ago and was printing ambalage materials.

Machine has additional equipment in value 300.000 eur, Consisted from:

UNWINDER: Pumped axis 70 mm,75 mm,150 mm, Automatic regulated friction power which is given and readible on display Complete device with brakes is from company MAGPOWER USA, PRINTING SECTION: 6 colors in line/tandem system/

Every printing station has drumm drying station,ventilator for recuperation of heated air /saving energy effect/, cold roll for cooling material, rackel plate with adjusting on raster roll, device for adjusting print by width and length of color pump, start stop sepaprator of kliche rolls, raster drive and rackel plate on zero postion.

On sixth station can be insatalled punching unit /for punching holes/ in different sizes and steps /professional device/.

Print has been followed with freezing picture camera system, After print section is DRYING SECTION with huge air capacity, for over print and other varnishes same as double cooling of rolls, REWINDER has automatic control, giving and reading power of material extension installed by MAGPOWER USA.

Pumped axis 70mm,76mm,150 mm. Machine belongs magistrate lines for air bleeds of saturated air from drying stations. Next aditional equipment follows machine:

20 raster ceramic rolls with 50–220 lines, 2 counter pressure rolls, 2 counter pressure rolls for punching material, 1 cooling roll for cooling material, Cliche gluing device, cutinng paper tubes device, cliche control table, 700 pcs. cliche rubber rolls /sleeve system/ in range from 300–800 mm, Huge number of spare gears same as other spare parts, machine has 500 cylinders. Machine is equipped with huge documentation of drawings and charts of machine and other machine devices.
