Hot-melt adhesive coating system, 380 V, 25 kW, with electronically-controlled three-phase drives, winding drives reversible, 3 siliconised, cooled coating rollers, 3 cooled laminating rollers, 4 unwinders, of which 2 stations are designed as a double unwinder for narrow rolls with support disks and tension/length compensation, 1 unwinder, all winding shafts with scales, electronic strip tension control, 5 electronic side edge controls, 1 metre counter, 3 strip coating stations with surface coating heads EP 51 and pneumatic coating head lifters with fine adjustment. 1 coating station with two coating heads EP 25 and pneumatic coating head lifter with fine adjustment and additional 2-side longitudinal folding station, all according to drawing 9000E307, neutral in machine green.

From main unwinder (1) you can feed the web on different ways to the rewinder (5) There are 3 additional unwinder ( 2 / 3 / 4 ) for supplying additional web, Next to every additional unwinder are a glue application heat (6 / 7 / 8) and a cooled calendar / nip roll, With this machine you have the possibility to produce different types of self adhesive or composite material.
