Technical Information

High-Performance Sheeter HOBEMA 101 S for the Production of A4 sheets. Designed for highest demands regarding size exactness, of solid and modern layout for a safe continuous operation. Constructed according to our modern mechanical assembly system which allows for later additions and enlargements. Laid out for cutting paper up from 60 to 100 gsm². Working width: 450 mm Cut-off length: 297 mm Cutting accuracy: up to +/- 0,2 mm Cut sizes A4, 297×210 mm Rectangularity: guaranteed for the whole range of cut-off length Max. knife load: 500 gsm/² Speed/Output: up to 700 cuts / min up to 2.800 sheets / min based on 2 unwinds The cutting length tolerances and the machine speed are depending on the quality of the material. Electrical equipment: AC network 3 AC 400 Volt, 50 Hz Control voltage AC 230 V, for PC equipment 24 V, for safety circuits DC 230 V Compressed air requirement: will be determined after the technical layout of the plant has been fixed. Delivery comprising: Unwind stand HOBEMA 177 E-2 in 450 mm working width, with heavy duty frame construction for two parent reels with max. 1.200 mm reel diameter manual axial and cross adjustment, integrated roll lifting device with pneumatic expansion shafts for 76 mm inner core diameter, pneumatic disc brakes, automatic web tension control device operating with ultra sonic sensors. Decurling devices manual adjustable to diminish the curling tendency of the paper. Slitting device mounted in to the basic machine, with lower driven slitters roller and 3 pneumatically engaged and disengaged upper slitters (1 for center cut and 2 for trim). Trim exhaust unit with 2 exhaust connection pieces joining in one common pipeline; the trim waste stripes are continuously transported over an injector by air. A pipeline of about 10 m length is part of the supply.

Pair of infeed rollers largely dimensioned, consisting of a special lower steel roller with a diameter of approx. 470 mm, one rubber covered upper roller, pneumatic engaging and disengaging operating, with precision drive for highest cutting accuracy, driven by a separate servo drive. Rotating brush roller for continuous feeding the paper into the cross cutter station. Cross cutter station mainly consisting of: 2 large rotating cutting cylinders equipped with two knifes each, shear cut system, cut of length adjustment electronically operated, driven by a separate servo drive. Super security overlapping device speed of the transport belts is stepless adjustable; the function of the overlapping station is to reduce the delivery speed for the cut material in order to guarantee an optimal transport to the transfer unit, driven by a separate servo drive. Cut counter integrated in the main operating panel. Full digitalized AC drive system with asynchrony and synchrony motors protection IP 54 up to IP 65. Converters, filters Class A. Gr. 1., the main components on this machine are driven by servo-drive systems (Siemens). Safety guards to avoid manual interference during the machine operation, safety switch controlled. Main control cabinet including all necessary switching elements and complete wiring between control cabinet and machine, including air condition. Operating panel Siemens Multi-Panel with TFT color display to input/adjust all necessary machine production data, machine components are visualized, equipped with all necessary command and signaling units. Protection grating laterally mounted, to avoid manual interference during the machine operation
