• Multilayer paper sack tube and bottom making machine WINDMOLLER & HOLSCHER model AGS 2120
• Tuber for each open tube, with folded crossbottom INLINE -used for: tea-, foods-, animals-, chemicals-,…Bags, SACKS, ect
• made in Germany by W+H model AGS 2120… year: 1967 -still well mainted and running every day

TWO loading places for two machines which could be used for production of cement sacks with Valve or with crossbottom

• You need space arounnd 50 meters for this line producing :
• tube width 350–1050 mm
• tube length 500–1300 mm (with special equipment also 1310– 2600 mm tube length possible)
• bottom flaps 450 mm max
• Paper Roll width: 2130 mm maximum
• Paper Roll diameter: 1300 mm maximum
• 4 UNWINDER – 4 plies possible
• 2 collors end-tail-printer for inline printing
• 1 photoey for preprinted paperrolls with more collors
• 1 photoey for preprinted BOTTOM-reinforcement
• 1 Microperforation on the whole paper lane possible
• 1 traveling crab for heavy duty Paperrolls in Unwinderstations
• 9 sizes of printing cylinders and aniloxes
• 1 gluer mixture
• 1 press for straping and loading of ready made sacks on palletts
• 1 Internal reset for BOTTOM-reinforcement
• REAL production Speed: between 12–16.000 pcs in sack length of 1 m in 8 hours shift
• this line (still in Production in Czech republik) will be free to move first on February /March 2016
• Between tuber and bottomer there is a connecting station (but You can up to this point produce and unload only tubes in case of interest)

• means: any type of 1–4 plies tubes can be produced (also for CEMENTSACKS)

and if the tuber is connected with a Bottomer, you can form, fold and glue on the tube also crossbottom INLINE (you can produce either open Tube or closed bottom with 2 collor print inline…or more collours preprinted paper on another flexoprinter…be­cause of Photoey) is this VERY INTERESTING combination – in case You will buy also another VALVELINE (for CLOSING VALVE-Sacks with bottom patch) – You can produce with the first part of this machine tubes…and with another line also VALVE-SACKS for cement!!! With the bottomer in this line you can produce any FOOD-sack or TEA-sack…or other-industry-sack in sizes as above of your customer choice! 120, 60, 160, 50, 119, 42 and 80 liter volume.

• You need for this line 10 containers to replace it

… and if you W+H AGS tuber will connect with G&H Progress Bottomer, you can produce CEMENT SACKS with Valve or “open mouth”. And on the W+H AGS inline you can form, fold and glue on the tube also crossbottom (you can produce either open Tube or closed bottom with 2 collor print inline…or more collors preprinted paper on another flexoprinter…be­cause Photocell is present).
