• Reciprocating transverse welding with permanently heated element

• Conveyor belt 1000mm with shingle stream separator and counter

• Outfeed 90 degree shingle conveyor, Length: 2000mm

• For packaging of: envelopes (and similar products) in stacks with or without top sheet

• Batch counts: 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 pcs – Stack heights are limited to 75 mm max.

• PO, 13–19 my, non perforated

• CPP or OPP, 25 – 40 my, non perforated
• optionally: tear open strip

PACKAGING TYPES:

• 3 side sealed and tightly wrapped
• 3 side sealed and shrunk

Product in feeding:

• automatically by 2 batch counting feeders or manually into finger chain
• Batch counts 5 – 50 are fed alternatingly
• Batch count 100 is fed 2×50 by each feeder to create compensated stacks
