Technical Information

Rewinder for gift wrapping paper BRAGERNES automat – coreless rewinding, this machine makes small rolls of gift wrap paper in a width up to 800 mm.

Normally we talk about rolls of 2 meters length, and it produces up to 30 rolls per minute.

It can go up to 15 to 20 metres length, depending on the quality of the paper.

This machine can introduce a piece of 25 cms. length of cardboard by the width of the paper,

inside the roll, and roll it together with the paper, to give stiffness to the finished roll,

to give a better appearance of the finished product.

Furthermore, the machines wraps the roll with a shrinking film transparent, shrinks the ends of the roll,

and then it goes into a shrink wrap tunnel, and finally it puts a self adhesive label on the finished roll.

In other words the machine gets the roll totally ready to be delivered to the client.

This machine was totally rebuilt in 1992, and recently the present owner has made some adjustments,

and it is working fine. It can be seen in working condition.
