Technical Information

8-colour printing tower with 8 printing units, printing width 665 mm (6 of them are adjustable from face to reverse printing), laid out for printing length 360 mm – 860 mm, 3 unwind stands.

Printing width 665 mm, 3 unwind stands with 3× expansion shafts 70 mm and 1× expansion shaft 150 mm. Web aligner for two paper webs. Sheeter delivery with collecting drum and stacker air blower drying equipment after each printing unit complete with printing cylinders (for sleeves) for 360, 420, 430, 500, 610, 620, 840 mm. 2 folding plates for web width 420 mm to 210 mm, cross-cutter with collecting cylinder and stack delivery.

Very good condition, still in production, available from now. This machine is complete and has been used for A4 forms – folded / 2-lanes (approx. 60 g/m² paper), blank cuts for cups (approx. 200 g/m² board with PE-coating 10 g/m²), glued wraps (approx. 80 g/m² paper), place mats (appprox. 70 g/m² SM-paper), nota- and writing pads / 3-lanes (approx. 55 g/m²), wrapping paper up to 20 g/m² (soft tissue / silk paper).

All products can be produced in face and reverse printing. There is also an in-line folding machine available with the F&K with this unit you can do cross- and length-folded products.
