Laminating and parafining machine for paraffin / wax and hotmelt KROENERT PAK 600

This production line has been designed for web widths between 625 and 1,250 mm and a production speed of about 300 m/min. Production tasks are single-sided and double-sided paraffin-coating of paper and wax lamination of the material combinations aluminum/paper, micro-perforated OPP/paper, micro-perforated PET/paper, and aluminum/OPP, and single-sided and double-sided hotmelt coating of paper and different combined materials.
Web Width 1300 mm, Primary Unwind 1200 mm Diameter Single Position, Second Unwind 1000 mm Diameter Single Position, Third Unwind Aluminium 600 mm Diameter Single Position, Pak 600 Coating Head with Dip Wax Facility, Solvent Wash Unit, Drying Unit Thermal Oil Heated, 2 X 600 mm Diameter Chill Rolls, Surface Rewind 1200 mm Diameter, Pre Melt Tank, Pak Melt Tank, 2 X Thermal Oil Heaters, New Electrical Panel, Siemens S7 PLC with Touch Screen, Many Spare Rollers etc.
The machine is running and has been overhauled at high cost 3 years ago, they put in new electrical panels and controls with a Siemens S7 computer and new drives, they also fitted new unwind parts and overhauled the drives for the coating rollers, the machine has a large amount of spare parts and rollers to allow gravure coating, dip wax coating, heated doctor blades etc, these parts alone would cost 40,000 Euro, the machine has its own thermic oil heaters.
