Technical Information

2600 mm wide Goebel paper slitter rewinder – it will slit 1500 mm on the unwind and 1500 mm on the rewind, it is quite old but is in working condition and is used every week…

The machine is running and slits paper and carton, the electrics have been modernised with a touch screen and new panel, there are 4 blades fitted to the machine.

At the moment the minimum slit width is 125 mm, with the new blades it would be 60 mm. It is possible to make some original design blades, by copying the originals, it is a simple engineering job, but each blade system would cost around 1500 euro.

The seller specialise in reclaiming damaged rolls, you can see on the last photo the badly damaged roll in the unwind, considering the unwind roll, the finished roll is acceptable quality. You can also see a photo of the original slitter blade system, new ones could be made with a width of 95 mm to allow a minimum slit of 100 mm
