Roll winding machine MOELLER RW 800 – AGE 2005/2007

• Roll winding machine coreless and with carboard core

with diameters up to 60 mm

• Mother roll 1.000 mm diameter and working width max 765 mm/ 400 mm minimum
• For 40–80 g/qm, 70 micron, inside diameter of the coreless 15–30 mm, outside diameter 20–50 mm
• Cutt of length 1–10 m by 1 cm step
• Output up to 160 m/min or max 50 rolls/min
• Roll closing station sealing the rolls with a label
• Paper and film roll winding and cutting: Easy for a Möller roll winder! The machine is designed in modules and for that reason able to be extended to a maximum roll diameter of 250 mm. Together with extreme short change over times this makes the machine especially flexible! The built-in rotary cross cutter cuts the material precisely with constant length and is equipped with long-live knifes. The special winding head guarantees even winding and with the adjustable winding speed the machine is particularly suitable to wind foil webs.
• All machine functions are electronically controlled, magazin for cardboard cores, The cardboardstiffener feeder for cardboard fed from a supply-roll. Cut-off length infinitely adjustable
• Materials for converting: Gift wrap paper, Film, Posters, Table-covers, Household paper, Shelf-liners, Packaging paper (Kraft paper), Wall paper, Self-adhesive film, ect
